The HOBO Club, Loughton

Interior design of a new members’ club in Loughton, which opened Summer 2024. Featuring a cocktail bar, workspace, private rooms, unisex bathrooms, a multi-functional events/ cinema lounge space and more. Situated a short walk from both Epping Forest and the local central line ‘tube’ station; interior design reflects the club’s location close to both London’s largest woodland, and the ‘big smoke’. Irregular edges and surfaces which feel layered and natural, are balanced by sparking chandeliers and luxe finishes. Original features, and even bank vaults from the building’s previous incarnation, were preserved and incorporated.
