This package can include all, or some, of the following services:

• In-person/ online consultation, to talk through the requirements.

• Contract and a timing schedule, ensuring all parties know what will happen and when.

• Concept look & feel, setting the over-arching vibe of the whole project.

• Colour analysis & palette recommendation.

• Space planning; a critical phase that ensures good flow and functionality of any space, and that everything fits optimally.

• Technical drawings (AutoCAD) & renders, with detailed measurements.

• Technical lighting (AutoCAD) & electrical plans.

• Digital sourcing mood boards and physical samples.

• Branding consultation (commercial projects only); interior design and branding should always compliment one another.

• Access to the best suppliers and trade discounts.

• Final technical package for all contractors.

• Project co-ordination; interior designer liaises with suppliers and contractors.

• Final installation and styling.

Price for the above package will vary, but a rough rule-of-thumb is 8-12% of your total renovation budget.
